Mr.Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy

Mr. A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy is the Chairman of the Ramky Group of companies which includes M/s Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, M/s Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, M/s Ramky Estates & Farms Pvt Ltd and Ramky Finance & Investment Pvt. Ltd, India. Mr.Reddy holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from Osmania University with more than 24 years of experience in the environmental engineering, civil and infrastructure works, bio-medical waste and hazardous waste management. His experience includes senior positions with Gannon Dunkerley and Reliance Industries Ltd. In the capacity of Chairman, Mr.Reddy contributes to the strategy and direction of Ramky Group, in its endeavor to become a prominent waste management and infrastructure group providing high quality solutions to clients.

Mr. Y.R.Nagaraja
Managing Director, RIL

Mr. Y.R. Nagaraja is the Managing Director of M/s. Ramky Infrastructure Ltd., the flagship company of the group. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Karnataka University with over 24 years of diversified and rich experience in total project management covering all areas from planning and engineering to implementation. He has to his credit the successful implementation of a number of Civil, Infrastructure and Environmental Projects which also include projects of sister concerns of the Group and projects of BOT, BOOT nature, etc.

Mr. Raman Nanda
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, REEL

Mr. Nanda is a renowned management professional with experience spanning over 30 years in various companies in high technology engineering and automobile industry in India. As President- Marketing and Sales of Tata Auto Comp Systems Ltd, he was responsible for transforming it into one of the top players in auto-component space in India by building several strategic relationships with domestic and international companies. In his current role as MD & CEO, REEL, he sets the vision and provides strategic direction and leadership for our waste management business. Mr. Raman Nanda holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce with Honors from Delhi University where he received a gold medal and followed by a MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mr. N S Hariharan
CEO, REFL

Mr. N S Hariharan is a retired IAS officer and brings with himself a rich exposure in Infrastructure, Urban Development, Trade and Industry, for over 30 years. He was special chief secretary, revenue, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, for over three years. Mr.Hariharan was chairman of Andhra Pradesh infrastructure, for two years before joining Ramky.

Mr. M. Goutham Reddy
Executive Director, Ramky Group

Mr. Goutham Reddy holds a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the US with waste management training in Australia and environmental monitoring training in Sweden. Mr.Reddy brings his environmental engineering skills and experience of more than 16 years. He currently heads operations and is well known for his skills in infrastructure, waste management and real estate projects including financial and HR management.

Mr. Srinivas Lanka

Mr. Srinivas Lanka is a thought leader in the field of pharmaceuticals in India with experience spanning over 30 years with various top domestic and multi-national pharmaceutical companies in India. As a board member of Aurobindo Pharma and Executive Director of Sun Pharmaceuticals, he was responsible for rapid growth of the companies by driving several strategic acquisitions/alliances, designing and developing a diverse product portfolio and establishing operations in global markets. In his current role, he was also closely involved in the restructuring of the Group's operations and acquisitions for business growth. He holds Bachelor's in Chemistry and received his postgraduate degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad).




Mr. Gopalakrishnan Sanjiv Iyer
Group CFO, Ramky Group

Mr. Sanjiv Iyer has been with Ramky Group since November, 2008. He was responsible for streamlining the Ramky's corporate finance function and negotiating crucial agreements with bankers and investors. He has over 25 years of experience in several finance and corporate management functions in companies such as Dhofar Power Company, Oman Abrasives LLC, Indian Rayon & Industries Ltd and Reliance Industries Ltd. He is an expert in handling IPO's share holder acquisition and raising funds in challenging environment. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Mr. Emmanuel David
Group HR Head, Ramky Group

Mr. Emmanuel David has played a key role in acquiring and developing talent, implementing best HR practices in the Group. He is also responsible for the overall supervision of Ramky's and Corporate Communication and Social Development Initiatives. He has over 25 years of experience in varied facets of Human resource management, at strategic levels in companies like British Gas, Volvo, Oberoi, Eicher Good Earth and Hindustan Motors. He is an expert in building organizations from scratch and change management. He has completed Bachelors in Science from Madras Christian College and holds post graduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has been awarded with the prestigious 'BG Group Chairman's Safety Award' for his outstanding contribution during the Surat floods in British Gas. Apart from his responsibilities at Ramky, he currently serves as the Secretary, NHRD Chapter, Hyderabad.

Dr. K.S.M. Rao
Managing Director, Ramky Pharma City India Ltd., Mumbai Waste Management Ltd.

Dr. K.S.M. Rao is a Ph.D in Chemistry with more than 28 years in the environment management industry. He handled several large scale projects for clients in India such as Union Carbide waste clean-up in Bhopal. He has held Senior Management positions, like Divisional Manager (International Certification) and Director (Marketing) at SGS India Ltd (Delhi and Mumbai), Director, Vimta Labs Ltd. and Asst. Director, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute. His experience includes project management, solid waste management, water quality assessment, environmental impact assessment and audits, risk assessment of industrial activities, occupational hygiene studies and laboratory management and is Director in many of Ramky Enterprises.

A post graduate in Organic Chemistry, 17 yrs of hands on Experience on, Designing, Commissioning and running Pharmaceutical plants of High Volume as well high value Products. He was associated earlier with M/s Lupin, M/s Sumitra (Nicolas), M/s Vera (Matrix) and Granules.
